
School of Hospitality and Tourism internationalizes training for Angola

The School of Hospitality and Tourism of Cape Verde (EHTCV) will internationalize its training services to Angola, as a result of a protocol initialed between the EHTCV and the Luanda Talatona Hotel and Catering School.
The protocol between these two vocational schools calls for the exchange of experiences and technical assistance in the field of professional qualification in the Hospitality, Catering and Tourism sector, aiming to improve the provision of services in Cape Verde and Angola.
The EHTCV advanced with technical assistance to its Angolan counterpart through a technical mission that took place from April 23 to May 7. He was part of the delegation to the president of the EHTCV and the coordinator of Restaurant / Bar, Nélida Semedo, who offered to support the Luanda Hotel School in the construction of a Restaurant and Educational Bar and to transfer the training methodology used in the school.
The EHTCV is expected to receive from next July two kitchen monitors and the Technical coordinator of the Luanda Talatona Hotel and Catering School. This trio will attend a one-month training / internship to deepen aspects related to planning and training in Hospitality and Catering, following the methodology of the EHTCV.
